The experimental results so far indicate the possibility of a&nbsp;significant increase in the biological and technological yield of sugar as a&nbsp;result of the increase in the yield of roots caused by the use of products containing this element. At the same time, no deterioration of the technological quality of the roots (sugar and molasses-forming components) was observed. Particularly favorable effects are observed under conditions unfavorable for plant growth and development (e.g. during drought). The consortium consists of the following scientific and fertilizer industry units: Zak\u0142ady Azotowe Pu\u0142awy SA, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Institute of Fertilizers in Pu\u0142awy, Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation in Pu\u0142awy, University of Pulawy, National Chemical and Agricultural Station in Warsaw and the National Rapeseed Producers Association. Prof. dr hab. Jan \u0141ab\u0119towicz is the plenipotentiary of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, representing SGGW in this consortium. In line with its program, the consortium carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project entitled<em> &#8220;Low-cost and environmentally safe system for fertilizing and sowing maize&#8221;<\/em> awarded by the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR), implementation period 2013-2015, KNo\u015aG was one of the 4 contractors of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and conducts educational activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>postgraduate studies<em> &#8220;Trade in fertilizers and plant protection products in the system of sustainable agriculture&#8221;<\/em> . The studies last 2 semesters from the academic year 2012\/2013.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ad. 2. The State Forests Directorate is considering a&nbsp;research project entitled <em>&#8220;Development of the criteria for updating and verification rules for Soil Model Plots (WSE) with their application for 137 WSE established in the last century in the area of forests in Poland&#8221;.<\/em> The project was prepared and submitted by a&nbsp;consortium composed of: Polish Soil Science Society and departments of soil science from: Warsaw University of Life Sciences, University of Agriculture in Krakow, UMK in Toru\u0144 and University of Life Sciences in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<p>Ad. 3. BPC Singapore Pte Ltd commissioned and financed the implementation in 2010-2013 of the project entitled &#8220;<em> Assessment of the impact of various forms of potassium fertilizers on the yield and quality of crops (sugar beet, potatoes, winter wheat, winter oilseed rape, corn) \u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ad. 4. WOKAS SA commissioned and financed the implementation in 2015-2016 of the project entitled <em>&#8220;Development of new granular organic and organic-mineral fertilizers based on used mushroom substrate&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ad. 5. HanzaVia sp. z&nbsp;o. o. commissioned and financed the preparation of an expert opinion in 2014 entitled <em>&#8220;Assessment of plant tolerance to HanzaVia mineral surfaces without and with the addition of the vegetable stabilizer&#8221; Stabilizer &#8220;and qualification of these surfaces in terms of a&nbsp;biologically active surface &#8211; according to the applicable regulations.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ad. 6. &#8220;Biogasownia Rypin Sp. z&nbsp;o. o. &#8211; long-term cooperation in the field of opinions and advice on the possibility of fertilizing the use of digestate from biogas plants. Organizing study trips for students of Ecological Engineering &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Ad. 7. The mushroom producers&#8217; association participated in the consortium in 2008-2011 in the implementation of the implementation project entitled<em> &#8220;Development of a&nbsp;technology for processing mushroom waste into organic fertilizer and organic-mineral fertilizers&#8221;<\/em> . The project was financed by the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR).<\/p>\n<p>Ad. 8. Cornelissen Consulting Services BV and Profinutrients, (Netherlands) &#8211; implementation of the joint international project Cradle to Cattle (CtoC) &#8211; &#8220;Recycling of nutrients in cattle farms&#8221;.
